MyTrucking’s Story started as a favour to a couple of mates in 2014. Nine years later, MyTrucking continues to bring a new level of simplicity, automation and mobility to transport businesses.
MyTrucking is a simple and practical transport management system to replace old-fashioned paper systems, and to manage day to day job management through to invoicing.
The brainchild of Wairarapa, New Zealand couple Sam and Sara Orsborn, MyTrucking’s origins are set on a small set of values. Those values are what drive our customer service experience, guide our decision-making, and underpin our culture.
Being cloud-based, there is access from anywhere, anytime. With an easy-to-use driver app, auto-pricing, and customer portal, offices and fleets can run their day to day operation smoothly with minimal face-to-face contact.
Our Australian family
Soon after establishing MyTrucking in New Zealand, we decided to expand to Australia. We now have over 200 customers in Australia, who have joined the MyTrucking family.
MyTrucking regularly visits both existing and prospective clients in Australia to listen, learn and understand their needs. A couple of events we’ve attended this year include NSW Bulk & Rural Carriers Annual Conference and the Brisbane Truck Show, and this month we are attending the Victoria Bulk & Rural Carriers conference.
Innovation and improving the customer experience
We’re an innovative bunch at MyTrucking. We utilise customer feedback to refine and enhance our product to create more efficiency and savings for the user.
Recently the much loved MyTrucking Mobile App had a complete rebuild. Based on customer feedback and the latest platform-specific technology, we took everything our customers loved and made it even better and more intuitive than before.

MyTrucking also integrates with Xero and MYOB accounting platforms, and GPS tracking programmes, EROAD, VDAQ and Navman.
