The 2023 Brisbane Truck Show – Australia’s largest truck and trailer showcase – was the BIGGEST and BEST ever!
Held every two years, the Brisbane Truck Show is about coming together, sharing ideas, discussing challenges – and showcasing the innovative ways we can address them.
We had a MyTrucking team that went over to Brisbane for the event, which included Sara Orsborn – Head of Sales and Marketing, Sam Orsborn – Co-Founder and Managing Director, Matt Neems – Onboarding Success Manager, and Nikola Berryman – Head of Customer Success.
Highlights from the Brisbane Truck Show
“It was a fantastic event! We were amazed to meet up with so many customers spread from as far as Western Australia to Hobart, and from Northland to Invercargill, New Zealand. It was awesome to see all the innovation and technology happening in the transport world!”, says Sara.
Meeting our customers was a key highlight for Nikola as well, “The biggest highlight for me was meeting so many people that I have had the pleasure of talking to over the phone, but never in person. There is nothing like that face to face contact to build stronger customer relationships.”
“We had attended the Brisbane Truck Show two shows prior without having a stand, but still meeting up with customers and prospects in and around the food areas. We knew the Brisbane Truck Show was huge, and we knew having a stand this year would be our best option for our customers and prospects to catch up with us.”
Launch of our V-DAQ Integration
We were delighted to launch our V-DAQ Partner Integration at the Brisbane Truck Show, for our Australian customers. Together, the MyTrucking and V-DAQ Integration can deliver a better service to customers, and keep track of your assets in real-time. “We’ve got lots of mutual customers with V-DAQ so it was a perfect fit for us to integrate with them. V-DAQ share similar values to ours, so another reason we were keen to partner!”, says Sara.

“If you’re thinking of attending, just do it!!! All the people I spoke to really enjoy attending. It’s a great place to meet up with other transporters, and to see all the latest technology in the industry. It’s also a great excuse for a team bonding work trip”, says Nikola.
