Excellent customer service

MyTrucking all started as a favour to a couple of mates. Someone cared enough to help solve a problem. Nine years later, we’re still solving problems for our customers, making their lives a little easier, and making sure they are at the forefront of everything we do. 

MyTrucking’s origins are in a small set of values. Our values are what drive our customer service experience, guide our decision-making and underpin our culture. We’ve recently spent some time looking critically at our values and fleshing out what they are, what they mean to us, and what that looks like to our customers.

We focus on creating and maintaining strong relationships with our customers because we know we are more impactful when we work together towards a shared vision or goal.

Our customers always come first which drives everything we do here at MyTrucking – from new feature releases to offering outstanding customer support. 

Looking at our recent Net Promoter Score (NPS), our customers agree with our excellent customer service! NPS is a widely used survey which rates how satisfied our customers are, and MyTrucking has been ranked as “Excellent” with a consistently high score. 

 

Simple

For customers to get the most out of MyTrucking, it has to be easy to understand and easy to use. That’s why it works so well, it does the job it’s intended to do.  With every change we make we’re always asking; Is it simple? Is it intuitive? 

Simplicity isn’t limited to our product, it guides all our communication too. Using simple, everyday language at every touch point means everyone’s on the same page and not left scratching their heads from jargon-filled conversations.


Efficient

MyTrucking was born out of the need to replace a complicated and paper-based process that is time-consuming, wasteful, requires duplication, leads to mistakes and all that translates to lost revenue. 

In a previous life, our cofounder Sam was a farm consultant and developed a strong radar for inefficiency. It’s a skill that served MyTrucking well and is something we apply to everything we do. When we remove inefficiency, we all benefit. To boost efficiency MyTrucking is integrated with several other software systems making it easy for our customers to do smart business anytime, anywhere. 


Family

At MyTrucking, we’re big on family. We are a family-run business after all. But family doesn’t just mean our relatives. Family is a multi-layered concept that stretches from our home family to our work family and our family of customers. The value of family is all about caring and helping others through the choice times and the not-so-choice times. Helping each other learn, grow and thrive.
