How does it work?
Job Sharing with Inter-MyTrucking allows MyTrucking operators to share jobs directly with subcontractors who also use MyTrucking. Instead of relying on phone calls, messages, or re-entering job details, shared jobs are sent digitally from one MyTrucking system to another.

- Subcontractors receive the full job details directly in their own MyTrucking account.
- Clear job statuses show at a glance when a job is sent, accepted, or completed.
- Photos, proof of delivery, and other driver returned information flow back to the original job automatically.
- Only the job sending company needs Job Sharing enabled, keeping setup simple for subcontractors.
- Used with Cost Rate for subcontractor costs, operators get a clear view of job costs and profit, while pricing stays fully controlled by the job sending company.
Early customer feedback has been strongly positive. Peter Morris Transport said it “worked perfectly, exactly what we need”, and Spiecap Haulage told us, “thank you so much, this is going to be great”.
