MyTrucking has rolled out a fresh set of updates to their Daysheet. The refreshed Daysheet gives transport operators even more flexibility in managing daily jobs, streamlining how they view, track, and adjust their day-to-day data.
Running your Daysheet, your way
You can now tailor your Daysheet to fit the way you work best. Each user’s setup is unique, so everyone on your team can personalise their own view!
Switching between things like date views is now easier than ever.
Quickly move between 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, all entries, or set your own custom date range for total flexibility. Click the settings cog to choose which fields are visible and save your preferences for future use.
Less clicking = smoother workflow!
These enhancements mean less clicking, cleaner visibility, and smoother daily operations.
We asked Matt Neems, MyTrucking’s Sales & Support Team Leader, what this really means for customers:
“Honestly, this is such a cool improvement! We know clicking through multiple pages to find what you need can be a pain. You were previously a bit limited with what was shown on what I call the ‘homepage’ of MyTrucking – the Daysheet.
We now have customisable fields where you can arrange them how you want and save your perfect layout. This means your dispatcher can set up their view one way, the boss can configure theirs another, and everyone gets the information they need, at a glance.
For example, a lot of our customers’ jobs always start at the same place, so having the origin field on the Daysheet isn’t much use. But for our vehicle recovery customers, it’s key, as nearly every job will have a one-off origin.
Essentially, we’re giving you the control to run your Daysheet, your way.”
