We’re on the move – well our web hosting platform is! We’re excited to be moving our cloud computing platform provider to world-leading Amazon Web Service (AWS), meaning an enhanced experience for all MyTruckers.
For the move to take place, MyTrucking will be offline for a couple of hours. The maintenance window is scheduled for early on the morning of Sunday 19th December.
After the migration it’ll be business as usual, and you’ll be able to continue using MyTrucking as you’ve always done.
Visibly, you won’t notice any difference, but you will all enjoy some super new benefits that come from being hosted on AWS, right now and into the future…

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is the world leading, cloud computing platform provider. Web services from major global companies are hosted on AWS with the highest levels of availability.
What does this mean for your MyTrucking?
- Increased reliability – We’ll have access to the AWS equipment, and they have lots of it. With AWS there’s no end to the most up-to-date equipment and spares – we will be running on the same infrastructure as government systems around the world, and it’s highly reliable. This means single point outages will likely become a thing of the past.
- Scalability – MyTrucking will be capable of unlimited growth. We’ll be able to apply more computing power, whether that’s more memory or additional servers to handle more users. We know we’ll be able to continue growing, and offer exceptional service to every customer.
- Responsiveness – We know response time and performance is important to our customers. In time, as we ‘tune’ the environment, you’ll enjoy faster pages, be able to send things faster and do more transactions more often.
- Improved security – AWS gives us access to state-of-the-art back-ups and server maintenance, and industry-leading cyber security.
