💡Nikola – You can grab any information you want or need for a report out of our Custom Report Builder. If it doesn’t give it to you how you want, you can export to Excel to further filter the results.
💡Nat – If you have re-occurring jobs, hold down the Ctrl key when adding the job and select multiple dates to save yourself some data entry time.
💡Nicole – When adding a job, if the origin client is the same as the charge client double click on the origin client field to populate rather than having to search.
💡Matt – Remember to use your dashboard! Go to Account menu & dashboard. A hidden gem!
💡Crystal – Use emojis in the notes field to personalise messages and highlight important information 🚨⚠️🟢
