MyTrucking communicates with Burst SMS, so you do need to set up a Burst SMS account. MyTrucking’s integration with Burst SMS allows an SMS (text) to be sent to your destination client on each job.
On the MyTrucking mobile app the driver will tap COLLECTED on the job, and instantly a text will be sent to the destination to tell them their delivery is on its way. This saves you a phone call and gives the destination a heads up that their delivery is on its way.
