Following hot on the heels of our new rate cards and customisable email templates features, this third feature will further enhance your MyTrucking experience.
At MyTrucking we pride ourselves on listening to you – our customers. These features are something you asked for, and we’ve delivered.
Previously, if you wanted to include ‘attachments’ like P.O.D signatures, weighbridge dockets or supplier consignment notes, you had to download each individual attachment from MyTrucking and then manually upload them to the invoice in Xero. Alternatively, you could create and download a custom report.
Now, the new Xero attachments feature automatically collates all your attachment links into a single PDF, and then attaches the PDF to the invoice for you – simple!
