Job Sharing with Inter‑MyTrucking is a seamless way to connect MyTrucking accounts so subcontracted jobs can move digitally between companies. It’s like giving your subcontractors their own linked version of MyTrucking, where jobs flow straight into their system with full details, no emails, no phone calls, no double‑handling.
It’s been designed to save time, reduce errors, and remove paperwork so you can focus on what matters most: keeping your trucks moving and your customers happy.
You stay fully in control of your workflow – You choose who you share jobs with, and subcontractors can accept or complete jobs directly in their own account. As jobs move through the workflow, clear statuses show when a job is Sent, Accepted, or Done, and any driver‑returned information comes straight back to you automatically. Best of all, only the job‑sending company needs to have Job Sharing enabled.
When you need to subcontract a job, the process is simple and stays fully within MyTrucking.
The job will exist in both accounts but remain linked, ensuring all information flows back to you without altering how each company manages its own setup.
