Sabeto Transport uses MyTrucking to improve efficiency
Sabeto Transport, founded by Faizal Ali in 2008, has grown from a single freight truck to a fleet of 45 vehicles in just over a decade.

Previously, it was managed by multiple text messages to driver’s phones, during the day and in the evenings. I must say, it was an absolute headache. In addition, multiple dockets were manually filled out, all during the days work too. Information from text messages were not always accurately recorded onto the dockets, therefore, too many errors were happening, day in and day out.
Text messages sent via phone and most of the time information was not always read correctly. For example, if a street name came in as Jellicoe Street, well we have 3 Jellicoe Streets in Auckland, so time was wasted figuring out the correct one.
There is very small room for error with MyTrucking. Even drivers who are not good at speaking or writing English are doing extremely well with it.
Efficiency, minimising errors and record keeping.
Have been thinking about it for the last couple of months, there were other products, but MyTrucking was best suited to our business.
Savings with time and money.
Above all, we were looking for a system to connect with Xero. Once you have reviewed your MyTrucking, and for those companies who also use Xero as their accounting software, it is a simply a matter of an interface from MyTrucking to Xero. You can review the invoice in Xero, and send to your client for payment. This has reduced our time.
A number of the staff we had in our accounts and admin office were no longer needed, which led to savings to the company in these hard times.
