How does the pricing work?

Our pricing is simple – one pricing model, three rules.

Rule 1: Only pay for vehicles used each month.
Rule 2: First 5 vehicles are $55 each per month.
Rule 3: Additional vehicles are $25 each per month.

Rule 1 means used for jobs in the billing month, including sub-contractors, not how many vehicles you have loaded in your MyTrucking. Read more on our pricing page.

Will MyTrucking suit my business?

How do I get set up and started?

It’s easy to get started – simply enter your company details on our Free Trial page. If you use Xero, you can begin right away, otherwise we’ll be in touch to finalise setting up your free 14-day trial account.

Does MyTrucking have a mobile app?

Yes, our mobile app works on both Android and Apple smart phones and tablets, is super easy to use and makes communication with drivers a piece of cake.

The MyTrucking mobile driver’s app is easy to set up. The app allows you to capture important information like times, weights, images, proof of delivery (POD) and sign on glass.

How does MyTrucking work with Xero?

We do powerful transport management software; Xero does beautiful accounting. We know it’s important both programmes talk to each other. We designed the Xero Integration to make it super simple to get your invoices from MyTrucking into Xero.

Our integration with Xero means information flows seamlessly between the two – no double entering data.

All required job information is captured by MyTrucking as the job is being carried out. Then with a click of a button all invoices are pushed through to Xero with meaningful descriptions that your customers are going to love.

The Xero integration also offers other key features, automated fuel levies (FAF), GL codes and Tracking codes to help keep your business running as efficiently as possible

Does MyTrucking do GPS tracking?

MyTrucking does not have GPS built in, we do have a great integration with Eroad, check out the special deal they offer MyTrucking customers.
